Hotel Pellegrino

The Hotel (or Albergo) Pellegrino was formerly located in Via Vetturini 86 (now Via Ugo Bassi 7). Queen Clementina (wife of King James III and VIII) stayed a night here at the time of her marriage by proxy. 1 Afterwards she lived in the Via Larga, near the old walls, behind Santa Maria Maggiore.

The hotel was destroyed by bombing in 1943. 2
